Priority telephone support**

When you want to talk to us, simply key in your Sage Instant Payroll Extra serial number and we'll then connect you to our priority support line.

Call back**

If you call us, after 90 seconds, with our new ‘call back' option, you can choose to have one of our experts call you back.

Remote support

Our technicians can either talk you through what needs to be done or, with your permission, can access your PC remotely to help answer your queries quickly and easily.

Legislatively compliant software

A critical time of year for many businesses is Payroll Year End. As a Sage Instant Payroll Explore customer you'll be able to download a software update during your annual licence period, plus information on legislative changes, to help ensure your Sage Instant Payroll software is ready for the new tax year.

We'll send you a Payroll Year End (PYE) pack containing everything you need, including a new CD with all the legislation changes. You'll also have access to our dedicated PYE website which can help guide you through the process.
