Quick print

The new quick print option means you can quickly print invoices and quotes without having to choose a layout or printer.

Lock date

To help you keep your business finances straight, you can now set a ‘lock date' in Sage Instant Accounts. This means you can't post any more financial information before this date. It helps you know exactly where your business stands and is especially useful if you're working with an accountant or sharing the responsibility for recording your business transactions.

• An IBM®-compatible computer with a 2GHz (or equivalent) processor
• At least 1GB RAM
• At least 1GB of free disk space after Microsoft® Windows has been installed
• Network users only: 1Gbps network with Microsoft Windows networking

• Windows Server 2003 or 2008
• Windows XP Service Pack 3
• Windows Vista
• Windows 7

* Please make sure that you have the latest Microsoft updates installed

Minimum Hardware

• 512MB RAM
• 700MB of free disk space after Microsoft Windows has been installed
• Network users only: 100Mbps network with Microsoft Windows networking

Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks.

Works with Microsoft Office 2003 and all later editions.

This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows NT4 operating systems.
