Regular Delivery Details
accountingsoftwaredirect.co.uk provides a range of software to help run your business. All our products can be delivered UK wide to your home, place of work or other address of your choosing.
If the item you are purchasing is showing as 'In Stock' and we receive your order by noon (Monday to Thursday) we will despatch it promptly for next day delivery. Orders placed before noon on a Friday will be despatched on the next working day. There will be unavoidable exceptions to this on Public Holidays and on days adjacent to them.
Normally our courier partner makes deliveries between 08.30 and 17.30.
Our next day delivery is free.

Please note that every effort is made by us and our courier to deliver your order within the specified time, however there may be occasions when we are unable to deliver your order within the specified time. In such circumstances we will endeavour to contact you in order to advise you of the situation.
Please note that no claim for compensation will be considered for any consequential loses incurred as a result of late delivery.
Our courier partner will make one attempt to deliver a consignment during normal working hours. Subject to the point below, if they cannot obtain a receipt at the relevant delivery point they may attempt to deliver and obtain an appropriate receipt at an address close to the relevant delivery point and, if successful, they will leave at the relevant delivery point details of the address at which delivery has been effected. If the Consignment has not been delivered, they will return it to their premises, after leaving at the relevant delivery point a request for the consignee to contact them to make alternative delivery arrangements. If no such contact is made within a reasonable time they will return the Consignment to accountingsoftwaredirect.co.uk at the Customer's cost.
If, on attempting to deliver a Consignment to a school or similar institution, they find that such school or institution is closed for holidays or other reason, they may apply a storage charge for retaining the Consignment at its premises and shall be allowed a reasonable time to deliver the Consignment once the school or institution re-opens.
Our courier partner only offers a guaranteed next day service to the UK Mainland. For Scottish Highlands and offshore islands and Northern Ireland the delivery times are extended to 48 hours although it is possible on occasions that they will try and deliver to these areas on a 24 hour service.

You can find out about the status of your order at any time by contacting our sales team on 0345 293 7793. If you receive products in an unsatisfactory condition please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the courier's insurers.
Returns Policy
As defined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer may, provided he or she has taken reasonable care of the Goods, return the goods and be repaid the price paid in respect of them within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and any UK Bank Holiday) starting from the first working day after their delivery.

Returns (Faulty goods)
If the goods were delivered 30 days ago or less, we will offer to refund or replace confirmed-faulty goods once returned as per our returns procedure. The company will help to arrange a resolution under the manufacturer's warranty for items reported after the 30-day period.
Goods damaged in transit
The company must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of an item damaged in transit. All of the packaging the item was shipped in should be retained, if the packaging is obviously damaged refuse the delivery or only sign for the items as 'Damaged Packaging, items not inspected'. If the packaging and goods inside are obviously severely damaged refuse the delivery entirely. Once the damaged items are received back in accordance with our returns procedure we will send a replacement product or, if this is not possible, provide a full refund. Once the goods have been delivered and signed for in good condition responsibility passes to the customer. Goods endorsed as 'received in good condition' or not notified within 24 hours as damaged cannot be guaranteed a replacement product.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
